Eating For A Healthy Body And A Healthy Life

The fact is people are going to eat unhealthy foods from time to time. That doesn't make our diet bad it just means we need to go back to what we know is healthy. Weight loss and health is an overall average of what we eat and do and that is what is important to remember. I see and hear of people panicking just because they had a bad meal and wondering what to do. I tell them to not worry about it and go back to what their diet was before the incident and not to make a habit out of eating unhealthy.
