Losing weight is a goal that many men, women and even children strive to achieve. As society becomes more sedentary in nature and food choices have more unhealthy temptations, it is easy to end up gaining weight. While weight loss will require some work, it is possible to lose weight and become skinny. Setting a Goal: The goal of becoming skinny might seem simple enough, but the idea of skinny differs for various people and the amount of weight necessary to reach the goal will also vary. In general, it is best to set a particular weight loss amount, such as ten pounds, rather than setting a goal that does not have any definitive answers.
