If you haven't heard about the Paleo diet yet, chances are good that you are living under a rock. But then again, if you were living under a rock, you'd probably be on the Paleo Diet. This trendy eating plan is based on food that our paleolithic ancestors ate. Nicknamed the "caveman"diet", the program prescribes that dieters eat fresh veggies, some fruit, lean protein, and healthy fatty fish.
