Healthy Monday Tip: Change This to Get a Flat Belly

Most people - even those who exercise all the time - want flatter abs.  As a trainer and as a fitness instructor the question I am asked most often is "how do I get a flat belly?"  I wish I could give my students a quick and simple answer, but the bottom line is that there are several factors that affect the shape of your abs.  There is one factor, however, that I think plays a bigger role than the others.
