There are million diet plans that promise weight loss if you eat according to a certain time schedule. During a recent Google hangout, a listener asked me about the Vegan Before 6 diet, where you go all-vegan until dinner time, then eat pretty much whatever you want. My response? I don't like the idea of someone white-knuckling through the day and then gorging on food past a certain hour. It sounds too stressful.
