Caffeine Does Not Aid in Weight Loss, Despite What They Say

Many people mistake caffeine as being a major aid in helping create weight loss. What they don't realize is that it is a diuretic, which causes water weight loss, not fat loss (much like the no-carb diets). In fact, caffeine actually contributes to weight gain.
