Exercise is always an important component of healthy living. Every now and then, the body needs to be moved, shaken up and rattled. It is not enough to just feed it with healthy foods and water. Sometimes, even if people watch out for their caloric intake, the body's natural wear and tear causes plaque formation and blood clots in the blood vessel.
