Managing Portion Sizes for Weight Loss

When you are trying to lose weight, success or failure can come down to incorrect portion sizes. In order for this not to happen, it is paramount that you start to read the nutritional labels on food packaging so that you can you can get a feel for the number of calories in different foods, their composition and what a portion looks like. Many packets will say what a portion weighs and how many calories that portion is.
