How Do I Diet?

How should I diet? Should I diet at all? You already know that for the vast majority of folks who struggle with their weight, the basic problem is that the calories taken in exceed the calories used up. OK, that's fairly easy to understand, but what do you do with the information? How do you actually get started on a weight loss program?
