Weekend Workout: Total Body Mini Workout

workoutAs part of my healthy Easter and Passover tips, I suggested that readers go for a walk or get some form of exercise with the family before sitting down to a big meal.  Today's workout is a quick way to turn your walk into a total body workout.  I do this regularly after I run and I call it LAPS - Lunges, Abs, Push-ups, Stretch.
