Your Weekend Workout: Pair Activities to Boost Effectiveness

yogaDo you schedule your workouts for the week?  Or do you simply follow the same routine day after day?  I'm a big fan of creating a balanced workout program that includes at least three essential forms of exercise: cardio, strength, and flexibility.  But in order to fit all of those workouts into a hectic week you need to do some savvy scheduling.  You also need to combine workouts for maximum effectiveness.
