When Exercising to Lose Weight Becomes a Problem

One of the first things trainers say when someone expresses a desire to lose weight is that exercise is a key factor. Without it one simply cannot maintain a healthy lifestyle or sustain their weight loss for a long period. However, too much of anything can turn something beneficial into something harmful.
