Healthy Monday Tip: Examine Your Food Cravings After Exercise

motivated runnerAn interesting research study popped into my email inbox while I was doing research about marathon training to lose weight.   The study suggested that vigorous exercise helps us to respond to food cues better and makes us less motivated to eat.   This was exactly contrary to the research I was finding and to my personal experience.
