Have you read about the Military Diet? It's an online sensation, sometimes called The 3 Day Diet. One of my friends told me about it so I had to check it out. According to the online description, the diet requires that you follow a strict eating plan for three days and then eat normally for the next four days. Sounds pretty easy right? It's not.
