Operation Wedding Sexy: Check In 5

Oh dang, I just got back from the gym. And it was awesome. Awesome! What did I do? Ran/walked 1 mile outside (sooo hot), circuit training with weights, and biked 4 miles. It took a total of 1.5 hours and I left dripping with sweat having burned 871 calories. Win! I love these longer workouts. [...]
