In this article I will explain why quick fixes don't lead to sustained health and weight loss. What do I mean by quick fixes? The most obvious quick fix is dieting, particularly crash dieting, but generally I'd consider anything to be a quick fix if it is focused on making short term changes for quick results rather than making permanent, lifelong changes to your eating and exercise habits.
