Ah ... Sunday newspaper. Bagel. Schmear. Coffee. Time on my hands. Now that's how I like to spend my weekend mornings.
Of course, my scenario of the perfect weekend day-starter could make a big old dent in my day's calorie budget.
Consider my old fave, the Au Bon Pain Cinnamon Crisp Bagel, which clocks in at 410 calories. Simply switching to the Onion Dill Bagle at 280 calories saves me 130 calories.
