I know it sounds like obvious advice to eat real food, but I'm not kidding. Most of what people eat isn't food! We have a rule in our house that goes like this: If you can tell me the ingredients in ONE word, you don't have to ask me if you can eat i! IE banana, apple, blueberries, potato, chicken, egg, celery etc. The more ingredients something has, the more removed it is from real food, and I promise you, that eating real food will get and keep your body healthy and lean.
