Healthy Monday Tip: How to Secure Successful Weight Loss

goal settingI'm reading a book right now called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto. It's a compilation of body shaping tips based on the successful habits of body builders.  I have to be honest and say that I expected to dislike it because books about body building often recommend the use of supplements (that don't work) and trendy fad diets that are bad for you.  But, so far, this book is great.
